I am an experienced, full-time real estate professional
who works with buyers and sellers. I specialize in residential sales including
vacant land. I have been in the real
estate industry for nine years. I started with Tarbell then later Re/Max
Masters where I was recently inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame.
At the beginning of this year, 2007, I joined the
Prudential California Realty Team because I see PCR as the crème de le crème in
real estate. This means more marketing and other resources are available to
sell your home. I believe in continuous learning. So far this year, I
attended the annual Prudential Convention, I completed Brian Buffini's 90 Days
to Greatness and became an accredited Staging Professional...but this is not
about me, it is about you. By sharpening my skills, I add value to the
service I provide to you. That means selling your home in the least
amount of time for the most amount of money. Buying a home can be intimidating. There’s escrow,
title, lenders, inspections, disclosures, and more to deal with and manage. I
welcome the opportunity to face these issues to reach a successful closing.
My personal time is filled with
activities related to my love of God and family. I have been married for
36 years. I have been blessed with two children, four grand-children, and an
extended family whom I love dearly. Buying or selling a home represents one of your most
significant investments. I can help you make that investment a rewarding one,
one that you and your family will enjoy while it grows in value. You will find that my approach to business is
one of honesty, integrity, and service with a heart. I understand the meaning of
“value added service” and listen for your needs. I hear you when you ask, “Why
should we list with you? Wouldn’t anyone or any company do just as well?” My
answer is always, “Just one degree of
difference” I have your attention now. “at 211 degrees water is hot and at 212
degrees, it boils. By raising the temperature just one degree,
boiling water turns into steam and steam can power a locomotive. Just that one
degree of difference is made up of seemingly small things. Things that require extra effort during the
listing, negotiating, or escrow process that can make the difference in
achieving optimum results. That means I
must really pay attention to your special needs, negotiate wisely, and make that
special effort for you and your
family.”
